Berkshire Suite-approx. 445 sq feet(Suite)
Berkshire Suites have all the amenities of a Deluxe Room and have one bedroom with a king bed and a separate living room featuring a sofa bed, club chair, desk chair, stereo system and courtyard view. The bedroom has French doors that can be closed for privacy.
Specialty Suites(Suite)
Specialty suites must be booked directly with the hotel. All Specialty suites include Madison Suite amenities plus the following: * Rodgers & Hammerstein Suite - Largest suite in hotel (approx. 1,000 square feet) located on the top floor. Junior Suite-approx. 400 sq feet(Suite)
Junior Suites have all the amenities of a deluxe room and are oversized rooms with the furnishings set in studio apartment style. The bedroom and living area are in one spacious room with a loveseat, oversized club chair, desk, chair and stereo system. These suites have a city view.
Madison Suite-approx. 781 sq feet(Suite)
Madison Suites include all the amenities of a deluxe room and features a bedroom with a king bedand a sofa bedwith a separate living room. These suites are corner rooms with a view of both 52nd Street and Madison Avenue. The very large bathroom has a separate shower stall and a few Madison Suites have a Jacuzzi tub (contact the hotel for details). Several Madison Suites have an additional half bath.
Superior Room-approx. 360 sq feet
Superior rooms have 1 king or 2 Double Beds. Superior rooms have all the amenities as a Deluxe Room plus these rooms are bright because of the southern/southeastern exposure. These rooms contain a small sitting area and have a city view, while also providing more workspace.

Take the Grand Central Parkway West to the Tri-borough bridge. Stay to the right and follow signs to Manhattan. You will automatically be on FDR Drive South. Get off at the 53rd Street exit. Drive to 5th Avenue and turn left. Drive to 52nd Street, turn left. Madison Avenue is one block and the hotel is on right hand side of street.
From Newark International Airport
Take the New Jersey Turnpike North to Lincoln tunnel. When you get through the tunnel, bear left (uptown) and go to the traffic light. Make a right onto 42nd Street to 8th Avenue. Make a left on 8th Avenue. Drive to 52nd Street, turn right. Travel straight to Madison Avenue and the hotel is at 21 East 52nd Street.
From Staten Island
Take I-278 to Brooklyn Bridge exit. Follow the signs to FDR Drive North. Exit at 42nd Street and turn right onto 1st Avenue. Travel on 1st Avenue to 53rd Street and turn left onto 53rd Street. Travel on 53rd Street to 5th Avenue. Turn left on 5th Avenue and travel on this street to 52nd Street. Turn left onto 52nd Street. Madison Avenue is one block away. The hotel is on the right hand side of the street.
From Penn Station
Subway - take E-train at 34th and 8th Avenue, uptown. Get off at 5th Avenue. Hotel is on 52nd and Madison Avenue.
From New England
Take I-95 (New England Thruway) to Bruckner Expressway to the Tri-borough bridge. Stay to the right and follow signs to Manhattan. You will automatically be on FDR Drive South. Get off at the 53rd Street exit. Drive to 5th Avenue and turn left. Drive to 52nd Street, turn left. Madison Avenue is one block and the hotel is on right hand side of street.
From JFK International Airport
Take the Van Wyck Expressway to the Long Island Expressway to the midtown tunnel. Turn right on 3rd Avenue, traveling straight to 53rd Street. Turn left on 53rd Street to 5th Avenue. Turn left on 5th Avenue to 52nd Street. Drive to 52nd Street, turn left. Madison Avenue is one block and the hotel is on the right hand side.
From Upstate New York
Take the New York State Throughway (Route 87) south to the Tapan Zee Bridge. Go across bridge and follow signs to New York City. Route 87 turns into Major Deegan Expressway. Continue on Major Deegan Expressway to Tri-borough Bridge. Stay to the right and follow signs to Manhattan. You will automatically be on FDR Drive South. Get off at the 53rd Street exit. Drive to 5th Avenue and turn left. Drive to 52nd Street, turn left. Madison Avenue is one block and the hotel is on right hand side of street.
From Long Island
Take the Long Island Expressway to the midtown tunnel. Turn right on 3rd Avenue, traveling straight to 53rd Street. Turn left on 53rd Street to 5th Avenue. Turn left on 5th Avenue to 52nd Street. Drive to 52nd Street, turn left. Madison Avenue is one block and the hotel is on the right hand side.
From George Washington Bridge
Take I-80 to George Washington Bridge. Follow signs to the Henry Hudson Parkway South. Exit left on 57th Street. Follow 57th Street to 5th Avenue. Turn left on 5th Avenue to 52nd Street. Drive to 52nd Street, turn left. Madison Avenue is one block and the hotel is on the right hand side.
